America’s Escape from Liberal Bondage (2025)
Perhaps unrealized by far too many, our nation under the seemingly inept leadership of Mr. Biden, and his behind-the-curtain guidance team, was a four-year regrettable episode of intellectual, social, economic, and diplomatic bondage. And now with special thanks to a resurrected rational electorate and for, no doubt, heavenly intervention, President Trump is successfully and strategically freeing us from the then-current, and certainly proposed future, restraints of Democrat progressive-socialism. Commenting on our perhaps unrealized release from ultra-liberal confinement, an anonymous writer once correctly stated that: “America does not need a tune-up at the same old garage. It needs a new engine, installed by experts.” With blessings for the nation, that new ‘engine’ (and associated experts) is now fully in place!
We’re all figuratively crawling out from under the unrelenting, smothering & suffocating national progressive lid that entrapped us to discover that, once again, the clouds of fear, concern & even depression for so many have now dissipated, allowing the fresh air and sunshine of decency, freedom, democracy, capitalism, productivity, and Constitutionalism to once again provide encouraging and reassuring warmth and hope to our nation.
As the brilliant French philosopher Voltaire stated centuries ago: “If you want to know who controls you, look at who you are not allowed to criticize.” That was the imposed restriction on civil speech that the now-former Biden administration and its politically cultivated, pervasive thought and judicially controlled environment imposed on us by the gaggle of Democrat political, moneyed, and media elites. Individuals and organizations exerting undue influence and control from on-high, dribbling on down to local jurisdictions and school districts. And with the latter, one case in point: the treatment (sometimes ousting) of angered parents publicly voicing concerns over inappropriate books in elementary school libraries and/or objecting to undisclosed class discussions of young student sexual transitions without direct parental knowledge. Controlling parental involvement in each, inhibiting freedom of speech, to and from, the rightfully concerned, involved, and often justifiably enraged parents.
The elitist, progressive left-wing crusade, that attempted to infect the masses widely and deeply went under the never clearly defined label of “Woke.” Woke as a social and verbal development encompassed many things apart from our basic American practices, understanding, and traditions. In addition to an elitist liberal federal government, along with supportive politicized agencies, departments, most media, and equal sense of justice, it represented total belief in, and commitment to, DEI (promoting racial & gender identity preferences vs. merit selection). Woke fostered belief in group prominence (collectivism) rather than emphasis on the individual. It preferred socialism (government power and control) rather than individual freedom’s democracy & capitalism, born out of dominating liberal political beliefs. Trust placed in supposed elite superior intellects vs. the thoughts and concerns of ordinary Americans. And it politically viewed (and taught) our country as being less than great, even to the point of disparaging it, as needed to empower the supremacy of Woke thought, needs and actions. And it could well be at least one incentive for the totally unmerited dislike for Israel, among distorted (seemingly too often pro-terrorism) reasons for far too many anti-Israel protests here, despite the long-standing alliance with that nation as America’s historically strongest Middle East ally.
Bottom line: The Woke political philosophy was very much not in line with our majority beliefs and traditions, the thinking. and guidance that had made America so successful, productive, prosperous, generous, and respected in the eyes of the world. Among the countless positive things that the Trump election has provided to our now-restored great nation is the dumpster- depositing of Woke believes and the restoration of merit selection, among so much else to restore our belief in equality and common sense. Farewell to that damaging political and social lunacy.
And now we very pleased that our citizens can breathe-in the thankfully returning fresh air of freedom, reality, civility, increased unity, proper legality, and the renewed representation of American values & ideals. As for the Democrats, in the profound words of celebrated Wall Street Journal columnist Kimberley A. Strassel: “Democrats are wandering somewhere between the desert and wilderness. Their Trump thumping left them without power, a leader, or a message, and their current near irrelevance is one result.”
With thanks from above, we once again have a genuine, devoted, America- loving national leader to course-correct our nation back to our traditional level of respect, prosperity, fairness, and greatness. Said “Rooftop Revelations” Pastor Corey Brooks who sees “all on the right side through heaven: “We have been living with the failure of government from federal to local level for so long that we don’t know our world without it. Worse, their failures have left us uneducated and in poverty, and they have weakened far too many of our minds to believe that dependency on the government is as normal as the air we breathe. We told the White liberals, the Black elitists, the socialists, and the Marxists, no more, leave us alone. Trumps gave us a gift. We don’t have to be chained anymore to the old ways that have failed us.”
And said U.S. comedian Chris Distefano last week: “I think people are exhausted by this constant, you know, trying to shut everyone down. There’s more pride in our country, now, than I can remember. I haven’t felt American pride like this since, honesty, like 9/11. Right after that, everyone came together. And now I feel it again. It feels like we have a President who is putting America first.”
To conclude on thoughts regarding our recent presidential-election good fortune, commentator Star Parker has written the following, in part, regarding our new President: “Fortunately, we now have tough and courageous leadership willing to do the very hard work of getting a great country, that lost its way back, on track.” Yes, dear friends, it is now the intelligent, remarkable, fully-committed, and courageous President Donald Trump who is leading us out of the recent coercive, possibly even somewhat corrupt, liberally-dominant regime which was strangling America in darkness, and moving on now into a new long-lasting (we hope) positive era for America, one with the bright, warm, healing, and positive growth-sustaining light of peace, security, prosperity, happiness, and heavenly hope for our future, within the revitalizing, nation-preserving, refreshing return of abounding freedom.
